YoungBranch General Contracting Inc. (YoungBranch) handles personal information you provide when requesting a quote or contacting us about our services through our website, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone. This notice covers that inquiry information.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, phone number and the project details you choose to provide, such as a property address or neighbourhood, rooms and surfaces, preferred timing and messages. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the work, check availability, arrange an estimate, prepare a quote and, if you proceed, coordinate the requested services. We also retain relevant correspondence for related business records. A quote request does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Please do not send payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through a quote form.
Sharing and service providers
Inquiry information may be handled by people working for YoungBranch and providers that help receive, deliver, store or respond to inquiries. We limit that use to the purposes described here, other purposes you authorize, or uses permitted or required by law. We do not sell quote-request contact information.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms are provided by Meta. Our website form uses FormSubmit to deliver inquiries. Hosting, email and form providers may process or store information outside Canada, where local laws may permit access by public authorities. Contact Lanci below to ask about providers and our practices for information handled outside Canada. Third-party platforms also handle information under their own policies, including Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Website and address tools
Website providers may process technical information such as an IP address and browser information to deliver and protect their services. If you use address suggestions, the text entered may be sent to the lookup provider identified beside the field. You can instead enter an address manually. Your browser and third-party platforms may provide controls for cookies and similar technologies.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need inquiry information for these purposes. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, related services and business or legal requirements, then securely dispose of it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and privacy requests
You choose what optional details to provide. Without enough contact or project information, we may be unable to respond or prepare an estimate. Contact us to ask about our practices, request access to or correction of information, request deletion, withdraw consent for future uses, or raise a privacy concern. We respond in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
